Our commitment
Pod Forward operates a professional podcast booking and outreach service. On behalf of our clients, we contact podcast hosts, producers, and show representatives to propose relevant guest appearances. We design our outreach to be targeted, professional, and genuinely relevant to the recipient. We do not engage in spam, and we work to comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related e-privacy rules.
What we mean by spam
We consider spam to be unsolicited, irrelevant bulk messaging sent without regard to the recipient. That is not what we do. Every message we send is intended to be individually relevant to the person receiving it.
How we contact people
- We reach out to podcast hosts, producers, and shows whose content and audience are a genuine match for the guest we represent.
- We use publicly available or professionally listed contact information (for example, booking and guest-inquiry addresses that shows publish for this exact purpose).
- We do not buy, rent, or use purchased email lists.
- Our messages clearly identify who we are, who we represent, and why we are reaching out.
- We include a straightforward way to decline or opt out in our communications.
Why you may have received an email from us
If you received a message from Pod Forward, it is most likely because you host or produce a podcast, and we believed one of our clients would be a relevant, valuable guest for your audience. We only reach out when we think there is a real fit.
Every message includes
- A clear identification of Pod Forward and the client we are representing.
- A truthful subject line and honest content - no deceptive or misleading headers.
- A valid reply-to address and a way to contact us directly.
- A simple option to opt out of further communication.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving emails from us at any time. Simply reply to any message and let us know you'd prefer not to be contacted, or email us at the address below and ask to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and once you opt out we will not contact you again about that campaign.
To opt out or make any request regarding your information, email bookings@pod-forward.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe," and we will remove your address from the relevant outreach.
Your data and privacy
We only retain the contact details needed to manage outreach on behalf of our clients, and we keep that information secure. If you would like to know what information we hold about you, or would like it corrected or deleted, contact us at bookings@pod-forward.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have received a message from us that does not meet the standards described in this policy, we want to know. Please contact us at bookings@pod-forward.com so we can address it directly.
